"I enjoy supporting owners, families, and directors in SMEs with matters that concern them. This can range from organizational structures, reorganizations, and strategy to specific projects like product launches, exploring new markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Sometimes a company nearly grinds to a halt or reaches a dead end. I'm happy to help get things moving again. We always start with connection and trust, and then we take the next step together. I believe it's important to keep things simple or simplify them; only then can you accelerate. For example, consider the managing director (DGA) who wants to slow down but has no successor. An external director is appointed, and I've established an Advisory Board that helps establish a framework and works on professional information provision so the DGA can step aside with confidence. Or consider the company that grows from 50 to 250 employees in just a few years with a managing director (DGA) who is only focused on operations, which isn't her strength. We work together to build a new organizational structure so she has more room to focus on her strategic agenda."
