"I enjoy supporting companies that prioritize service. This applies not only to the people involved, but also to the internal team. In my consulting work, I believe it's important that companies achieve high-quality growth, remain financially sound, and can handle this growth in every respect. I've done this at my own company for the past 30 years, and this perspective provides peace of mind for both the leaders and owners. With this experience, I'm highly solution-oriented and strive for continuity. I recently sold my own company, retaining a 20% shareholder. I'll remain active in an advisory and leadership role in the coming years to fully prepare the company for the future. This frees up time for me to advise other companies as well. I firmly believe that supporting companies must be done with conviction, and therefore requires dedicating time and making time available for it."
