Data used are
The personal and company data used by users and Consularis of our services often includes: name, address, city/town, telephone number, email addresses, bank account number, and personal data of the company and/or individuals. This is necessary for the proper performance of De Consularis’ services.
The Consularis and the associated website: www.consularis.eu and data of Consularisseurs are public and accessible to everyone.
The retention periods for various stored personal data are recorded in the Consularis Register. These retention periods are reviewed every six months
Use of our services
When you register for one of our services, we ask for personal and company information. This information is used to provide sound advice. All data is stored in the De Consularis administration or by the website administrator. Data is used/stored exclusively for activities, support, and advice to SMEs and family businesses. The personal and current information of our Consularis is also stored. When a Consularis leaves, their data is deleted within two months

When you send us emails or other messages, we may retain those messages. We sometimes ask for personal information relevant to the situation. This allows us to process information requests and respond to requests for support and advice. The data is stored in De Consularis’s own records or with our website administrator.

In many cases, the information can be shared internally within De Consularis. The administration and meeting minutes are managed and secured in our own environment.
