What do we stand for?
The Consularis is an organization for Entrepreneurs by Entrepreneurs
De Consularis was founded in 2003 by three entrepreneurs who knew from personal experience how “lonely” entrepreneurship can be and how valuable it is to have periodic, independent sparring. This led to the creation of a network and a team of experienced entrepreneurs and executives with demonstrable results and a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise.
The goal of De Consularis is to transfer, make available, and share experiences and knowledge. De Consularis achieves this by recruiting experienced entrepreneurs and holding meetings where Consularis members share their experiences and knowledge with each other. They share their own experiences and make them available to entrepreneurs. The Consularis members may receive compensation from the entrepreneur for this service. The compensation is not the end in itself. The motto of De Consularis and its members is “being good by doing good.”
Consularis members are characterized by their enormous passion for supporting SME entrepreneurs, whether individually, as coaches, or as members of an Advisory Board. Our Consularis members have provided advice and support to more than 150 companies.
What are we?
Consularis are independent sparring partners with extensive general management experience. They are connected in a network to support and strengthen each other. This allows them to always provide optimal support to family businesses and SME entrepreneurs.
How does it work?
We’ll assess together which consular representatives are best suited to your situation and then propose two candidates. You choose who you’d like to interview and make the final decision. You’ll also be surprised by our reasonable rates.
