With technical and business administration degrees, I gained over 20 years of experience at a large multinational in production, commerce, business management, organization, and strategy. I then applied this experience for five years at a very large SME family business under the supervision of a strong managing director. Since 2015, I have been combining both periods of experience to help all kinds of SME manufacturing companies with their challenges.
