Omschrijving
Offers support as a coach and mediator. He resolves conflicts between supervisory directors and the board. He was the initiator of the RCBM (Registered Certified Board Member) and is also a certified supervisory director. He was a long-standing member of the NCD (Netherlands Center for Supervisory Directors and Directors) and served as district chair in various regions.
He enjoys serving on advisory boards for SMEs and family businesses. He chairs De Consularis (see www.consularis.eu) and encourages experienced independent Consularis members to support and facilitate generational transitions and initiate long-term strategies.
